Phnom Penh Municipality marks “A Hatred Day” May 20 yesterday at Cheung Ek Killing Fields under the auspices of its Governor H.E. Kep Chutema with the participation of 270 Buddhist monks, students and people across the capital.
On the occasion, a demonstration on the atrocities and killings committed by Khmer Rouge regime was also shown.
