Cambodia’s Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts in collaboration with the UNESCO’s Office in Phnom Penh open a Workshop here on Tuesday to disseminate the Convention on the Protection and Promotion of the Diversity of Cultural Expressions, which Cambodia ratified in 2007.
