At the invitation of H.E Herman Van Ropuy, European Council President and H.E Yves Lkterme, Prime Minister of Belgium, Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen has led the top delegation of Cambodia to take leave Phnom Penh International Airport today for the ASEM 8 Summit to held from October 4-5 in Brussels, Belgium.
