Samdech Hun Sen Receives Chinese Construction Company Delegation

received here on Sept. 11 a visiting delegation of China Communication Construction Company led by its Vice Chairman Mr.

In the meeting, Mr. Chen told the Cambodian premier of his company’s intention to invest in Cambodiain the fields of infrastructure development and construction and other fields, according to Ieng Sophalet, assistant to Samdech Techo Hun Sen.

Mr. Chen Feujian further said the state-owned China Communication Construction Company is among the 500 leading companies in the world. It has established two branches inCambodia for 30 years, he said, adding that the company will bring about new technologies to contribute to Cambodia’s development.

In reply, Samdech Techo Hun Sen welcomed the Chinese company’s intention to bring new technologies and the presence of its two branches in Cambodia.

The prime minister also recommended the Chinese company to pay attention in building infrastructure in Cambodia.
