Samdech Heng Samrin returns from the 3rd World Conference for Parliamentary Presidents in Switzerland

On the occasion, Premier Techo Hun Sen decided to provide USD 500,000 to build one more school building at Svay Rieng University.

A refresher course on the Coordination Skill

The US-sponsored Multi-National Exercise Training “Angkor Sentinel 2010” with more than 20 countries participation was kicked off here yesterday under the presidency of Gen. Moeng Samphan, Secretary of State of the National Defense Ministry of Cambodia and US Ambassador to Cambodia Ms. Carol A. Rodley.

The military exercise, which is Cambodia is being hosted, are part of the Global Peace Operations Initiatives (GPOI), a UN-US peacekeeping-training program aims to strengthen peace and security.

The demolition of 3 illegal water reservoirs



A group of officials of Technical General Department of Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology in cooperation with Banteay Meanchey provincial authorities on July 10 conduct the demolition of 3 illegal water reservoirs which were built in Tonle Sap Lake in Banteay Meanchey province’s Preah Net Preah district in order to secure the natural environment and biodiversity system in the area.
