H.E Keat Chhon hands over a book of NSDP Update 2009-2013 to the Planning Ministry

Deputy Prime Minister H.E Keat Chhon, Minister of Economy and Finance hands over a book of National Strategy Development Plan Update (NSDP Update 2009-2013) to H.E Ou Ov Hat, Secretary of State of the Planning Ministry during the book launching ceremony held in Phnom Penh on July 7.

The NSDP Update 2009-2013 is a fourth national development plan for economy and society and an achievement closely prepared by the Ministry of the Planning Ministry, government institutions and involving partners.
