A signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the National Authority for Natural Disaster Management Cambodia, Cambodia Mekong University and the Ministry of Environment was signed today in Phnom Penh under the presidency of Senior Minister H.E Nhim Vanda, First Vice President of National Authority for Natural Disaster Management of Cambodia.
The MOU was made with an aiming to increase the quality of education and environment and together to combat or to reduce the nowadays natural disasters.
