Deputy Prime Minister HE Sok An, Minister in Charge of the Office of the Council of Ministers presides over here today the opening ceremony of the national competition on the small and medium business project 2010.
The competition is aimed to promote the entrepreneurship among young Cambodians to start their own new businesses or the community's businesses.
