Cambodia’s Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen meets here on July 23 with Ex-US Ambassador to Cambodia Mr. Charles A. Ray accompanied by the current US Ambassador Ms. Carole A. Rodley.
On the occasion, Cambodian premier revealed his vision to promote Cambodia as a third country in Asia on rice export.
