Cambodia Deputy Prime Minister H.ESok An, Minister in charge of the Council of Ministers presides over the closing ceremony of the 4^th open academic forum on “The Roles of International Relation in Peace Building and Conflict Resolution” held in Phnom Penh on July 6 organized by the International Relationship Institute of Cambodia (IRIC) in cooperation with and Funded by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation of Germany.
