H.E. Khieu Kanharith receives a new president of Phnom Penh Post Newspaper

Cambodian Information Minister H.E. Khieu Kanharith receives here yesterday a new president of Phnom Penh Post Newspaper Mr. David Armstrong.

During the meeting, the minister warmly welcomed the presence of Mr. David Amstrong’s new role in Cambodia and recommended him to make a good relationship with all State institutions as well as maintain the professional code of ethics.
