Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen presides over here yesterday the graduation ceremony of 834 students from International Institute of Cambodia.
In his keynote remarks, Premier Techo Hun Sen said the country’s development requires the combination of education at home and abroad.
