Information Minister H.E. Khieu Kanharith presides over here today the opening workshop on Non-Linear Editing for Professional Working organized by the Ministry of Information & National Television of Cambodia (TVK) and sponsored by Voice of America (VOA) with the participation of 35 trainees from TVK and Information Offices of cities and provinces across Cambodia, under the training of Pro. Part Childs, Senior TV Production Specialist of VOA.
