The Administrative Office of the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC) hands over here today 500 verdict books of the Case 001 of the former Khmer Rouge S-21 Chief Kaing Geuk Eav, better known in his revolutionary name as comrade Duch, to the Office of the Council of Ministers for the distribution to the government ministries and State institutions.
