H.E. Khieu Kanharith warmly receives foreign guests

Minister of Information H.E. Khieu Kanharithreceives here today Prof. Bart Childs, a senior TV Production Specialist.

During the meeting, H.E. Minister Khieu Kanhariththanked Prof. Bart Childs for providing a technical training to Cambodian National Television officials in editing system.

Information Minister H.E. Khieu Kanharith meets here today with Mr. Lam Chi Thien, Chairman of the Board of IMC.

On the occasion, Mr. Lam Chi Thien told the minister over his intention to establish a TV station in Cambodia by broadcasting in Khmer and Vietnamese languages.

In reply, H.E. Khieu Kanharith said that Cambodia always widely opens for investment, but related to the TV sector for the time being, the frequencies are almost full. However, the minister recommended the company to submit the detailed project and seek a partnership with a private TV station in Cambodia instead.
