Cambodian Secretary of State of the Ministry of Information H.E. Thach Phen presides over here this morning the opening ceremony of the workshop on “Strategy Plan with Mass Media”, which is organized by the organization for Anti-Family Violence.
Addressing the workshop, H.E Thach Phen said the royal government of Cambodia has promoted the activities aims at providing the support and protection for the rights of the children.
