Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen presides over the Ceremony for Releasing National Report of the Final Results of 2008 General Population Census of Cambodia at Phnom Penh’s Chakdomuk Conference Hall on September 7.
In his speech addresses to the US Ambassador to Cambodia Ms. Carol Rodley, Premier Techo Hun Sen said that USA does not provide more assistance to Cambodia, but demands to pay debts that owed by Lon Nol’s regime.
Samdech Techo said the debts should be forgiven. He further said there were a lot of US bombardments here. This is the true history. Cambodian people were the victims. The USA should pay for the damage and should provide more aids to Cambodian people.
