Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen receives at his Takhmao city’s residence in Kandal province this morning Mr. Yoshiyuki Kagawa, President of MOECO Company of Japan.
On the occasion, Mr. Yoshiyuki Kagawa told Premier Techo Hun Sen that he is very pleased and impressed to join in the bidding for oil exploration in Cambodian sea water at block 4.
In reply, Samdech Techo Hun Sen welcomed the news and further said that what the royal government of Cambodia wishes is to see the bidding conduct in the manner of transparency and accountability as well as benefit the entire Cambodian people.
