Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen accompanied by senior government officials and provincial authorities makes an inspection tour today to the flood-hit areas in the provincial city of Kampot province.
Speaking to the local villagers, Premier Techo Hun Sen said that the Royal Government of Cambodia will conduct a technical study to cope with this facing issue as well as protective measure for the future.
Samdech Prime Minister Techo Hun Sen also shared his condolences to the two victims who died by flood and donated 5 million Riels (approximately US$ 1,250) to each family’s victims.
Some portions of National Roads No. 3 and 4 also flooded by the recent heavy rains.
