Sar Kheng, Minister of Interior and other relatives offers food to the Buddhist monks on the day 1 celebration of Pchum Ben celebration at Mony Brasith Vong Pagoda in Kandal province’s Ponhea Leu district on Sept 5. The 15-day Pchum Ben celebration has started on September 5.
