H.E Aun Poan Moniroath (2^nd left), delegate minister to Cambodian prime minister, presides over today a workshop on the need for training offered to all line ministries and all operating units of the royal government of Cambodia.

The training is conducted in 9 fields of study: leadership, management, professional development, IT, budget, finance, accounting, procurement and audit.
