A MOU between the Royal Government of Cambodia and theInternational Development Association Establishing (MBPIs) and (PMGs)

A Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) between the Royal Government of Cambodia and the International Development Association Establishing Merit Based Performance Incentive (MBPIs) and Priority Mission Group (PMGs), which covered 136 of State civil servants from the Ministry of Information and Ministry of National Assembly-Senate Relations and Inspection was signed here on July 29, by H.E Ngor Hong Ly, Secretary General of Administrative Reform Council of Cambodia, Mr. Tim Conway, Acting Director of World Bank to Cambodia, H.E Dr. Hang Choun Narong, Secretary General of the Cambodia’s Ministry of Economy and Finance, Lok Chumteav Som Kim Sour, Minister of Cambodia’s Ministry of National Assembly-Senate Relations and Inspection and H.E Thach Phen, Secretary of State of the Cambodia’s Ministry of Information under the presidency of Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister H.E Sok An, Minister In Charge of the Office of the Council of Ministers.
