Outgoing Ambassador of Japan to Cambodia, H.E. Shinohara Katsuhiro bids farewell to Cambodian Senate President Samdech Akka Moha Thomma Pothisal Chea Sim in Phnom Penh on August 11.
On the occasion, the ambassador told Cambodian Senate President Samdech Chea Sim that Japan will continue providing assistance to Cambodia by further deepen the cooperation in all spheres, particularly Cambodia-Japan bilateral cooperation.
For his parts, Samdech Chea Sim highly praised the ambassador for successful fulfillment of his diplomatic mission here. He also expressed thanks to the government and people of Japan for their constant assistance to the development of Cambodia.
