Phnom Penh Governor H.E Kep Chutema meets here on August 5 with a newly-appointed Ambassador of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to Cambodia H.E. Anh Dung, in which the talks focused on the strengthening of relationship and cooperation between the two nations.
