A graduation ceremony at the Institute of National Education

Cambodia’s Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen addresses a graduation ceremony held today at the Institute of National Education in Phnom Penh, saying that Cambodia will host a series of international meetings in a new international conference complex building under the construction now near a Chinese-funded council of Ministers’ building, adding that the complex building’s plan was designed by himself.

University degrees were awarded to as many as 4,709 graduates from the University of Build Bright.
