Cambodia’s Information Minister H.E Khieu Knaharith cuts red ribbon while he was presiding over the Official Grand Opening for the Decho Digital TV Center at the compound of the Ministry of Information on July 9.
Addressing the ceremony, the minister said Decho Digital TV Center is the first direct-to-home system in Cambodia, adding that this demonstrated a new step in providing news and other entertainment programs to our people regardless of anywhere and anytime.
