His Majesty Preah Bath Preah Boromneath Norodom Sihamoni, King of the Kingdom of Cambodia, accompanied by senior government officials, plant saplings while he was presiding over the Arbor Day at Pursat province’s Krakor district this Thursday morning.
In his keynote address, the Cambodian monarch appealed to all national and international organizations as well as the relevant ministries to pay much attention in continuous dissemination to people who are illegally cutting the forest, particularly a small number of people in Pursat province who are illegally producing the sassafras oil to completely halt such practice by return to the agricultural work instead.
