Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister H.E Keat Chhon, minister of Economy and Finance warmly receives here on July 8 with a Japanese delegation led by Mr. Kabun Muto, former foreign minister and parliament member of Japan.
On the occasion, Mr. Kabun Muto said he has learned that Cambodia’s rural areas are lack of electricity and his visit’s purpose here is aimed at providing assistance to Cambodia on the bio-energy, including solar power.
In reply, Cambodian deputy premier expressed profound thanks to Mr. Kabun Muto as well as Japan’s government for their precious purpose and their constant assistance to Cambodia.
