A high-level delegation of the National Assembly of the Kingdom of Cambodia headed by its President Samdech Akka Ponhear Chakrei Heng Samrin, backs home on Tuesday after paying one-week official visit to the Russian Federation.
Samdech Heng Samrin and the accompanied members were warmly greeted on the arrival at Phnom Penh International Airport by H.E. Nguon Nhel, first vice president of the National Assembly and other lawmakers.
During his stay in Russia, Samdech Heng Samrin has held talks with leaders of Senate, Parliament and Government of Russia, in which the Russian leaders accepted Cambodian proposal to review over the cancellation of Cambodia debts that owes during former Soviet Union.
He also asked Russia to further receive Cambodian students to study in Russia as well as push Russian investors to Cambodia.
