Cambodian Information Minister H.E. Khieu Kanharith delivers his speech here on Nov. 17 while presiding over the 33rd IAWRT Biennial Conference Beijing + 15: Empowering Women through Media with the participation of women’s representatives from 20 countries.
In his keynote address, Cambodian minister said the Royal Government of Cambodia is taking care of women and trying it best to take them out of the poverty and providing them with the jobs in order to build their own trust.
