Minister of Information Calls All TV Stations to Enhance Khmer Movies

Cambodian Information Minister H.E. Khieu Kanharith addresses the closing ceremony for Television Film Production Training here on November 20.

Addressing the ceremony, H.E. Khieu Kanharith appealed to directors of all TV stations to encourage film producers as well as artistes to further build up their capacity to produce Khmer movies for TV stations instead of foreign movies.

The Cambodian Information Minister added that if our producers reach a good standard and produce enough movies, we will restrict all TV stations to screen Khmer movies from 6 pm to 8 pm.
