Cambodia’s Health Minister holds a chat with a high-ranking military officer

Cambodia’s Health Minister H.E. Mam Bunheng holds a chat with a high-ranking military officer outside a military building of residence which was put into use in an inauguration ceremony held on Nov. 22 in his presence.

The three military buildings of residence, being constructed with a fund of 122,100 US dollars provided by the Ministry of Health, were donated to RCAF’s Infantry Battalion 51 stationed in Svay Chek district, Banteay Meanchey province.
