Acting Senate President Prince Sisowath Chivon Monirak distributes a donation to an orphan in a ceremony held here today ahead of the 61st anniversary of International Human Rights Day on Dec. 10.
The donation, organized by Cambodian senate in cooperation with CCLS, CIDA, UNDP and KAF, was given to orphans and persons with disabilities.
