Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen outlines the Cambodian Royal Government’s stance in a graduation ceremony held on June 25 at the Educational Institute, saying: “I could not accept any explanation made by Thai deputy prime minister who will meet me on June 27, except that the one will involve the removal of Thai soldiers from Cambodian land.
The Cambodian premier said he very regretted that Thailand took Preah Vihea of Cambodia as a dispute between Thailand and UNESCO, asking what law Thailand depended on in such move.
He added that military is the last choice based on two points: the use of self-defense rights and the framework of Cambodian territory.
He also warmed Thai soldiers not to intrude into Cambodian land, saying that Cambodian soldiers do not enter any millimeters of Thai soil.
