Cambodian Minister of Education, Youth and Sports H.E. Im Sothy and Dean Hun Neang preside over the distribution of 880 helmets to Botum Vatey Pagoda and Chaktomuk primary school students in Phnom Penh on June 5.
According to Phnom Penh Municipality’s reports, during the first five months of this year, there were 278 cases of traffic accidents causing 94 fatalities and 424 injuries in the capital city
