Cambodian Red Cross President Lok Chumteav Bun Rany Hun Sen accompanied by Red Cross senior officials on Thursday morning distribute relief to 3,268 families of HIV/AIDS carriers, orphans and aged people from Kandal province’s 11 districts and city.
The relief including milled rice, foodstuffs and money were distributed to 1,381 HIV/AIDS carriers, 1,254 aged people and 633 orphans.
