MOU between the Royal Government of Cambodia and Development Partners

A Memorandum of Understanding between the Royal Government of Cambodia and Development Partners on the Establishing Merit Based Performance Incentive and Priority Mission Groups was jointly signed here on Wednesday by senior representatives of the Ministries of Health, Interior, Land Management, Urban and Construction and the Council of Administrative Reform with its development partners, World Bank, JPIG and DANIDA under the presidency of Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister H.E Sok An, cabinet minister.

This MOU will cover on 1,335 State civil servants, who will join to implement this project, including 262 State civil servants will get the bonus as MBPI and 1,037 as PMG.
