H.E Sok An meets with a delegation of UNFPA and UNAID

Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister H.E Sok An, cabinet minister meets here on March 27 with a delegation of UNFPA and UNAID led by Mr. JVR Prasada Rao, director of the Bangkok-based UNAID to Asia-Pacific and Mr. Steare Kraus, head of the New York-based HIV/AIDS.

During the meeting, H.E Sok An told the guests that the HIV/AIDS rate has now dropped to 0.9% if compared to1998 with 3 per cent and the ARV pills’ distribution for HIV carriers and AIDS patients has covered over 94% at the moment.
