Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen hands over a certificate to a graduated student as a symbol, while presiding over the graduation ceremony of 490 students at the National Institute of Education in Phnom Penh on Mar. 24.
In his keynote remarks, Cambodian premier said the government has provided the priority together with the increase of budget for the educational field as well as defined the investment priority for vocational training and higher-educations, which aimed at focusing on technical skills and management in response to the actual demand of labor market in Cambodia.
