Phnom Penh Municipal Governor H.E Kep Chutema meets with a delegation of Ho Chi Minh City led by its Deputy Governor Ms. Thi Homng in Phnom Penh on April 2, in which the talks focused on the trade and industry and goods exchange cooperation between Phnom Penh and Ho Chi Minh.
