The 5th Asia Economic Forum on Asia’s Challenges and Opportunities

Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, presides over here this Monday morning the 5^th Asia Economic Forum On Asia’s Challenges and Opportunities During the Time of Global Economic and Financial Crises which was jointly organized by the Asia Economic Forum, the University of Cambodia and the International Foundation for Arts and Culture.

In his keynote address, Premier Techo Hun Sen said that the rooted causes of the crises are deeper than the failure of market regulation and the financial institutions’ management.

Moreover, he added that while Cambodia is being confronted to the global economic and financial crises, it has put forth a number of concrete measures to tackle with and vow to stabilize the kingdom’s macro-economy
