Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen accompanied by his wife Lok Chumteav Bun Rany Hun Sen, President of the Cambodian Red Cross together with several senior government officials, military and police officers cut red ribbon to inaugurate the Military Headquarters Battalion No. 422 of Division 42 and inspects troops and weapons at Kok Mon commune, Banteay Ampil district, Oddar Meanchey province on Feb. 8 during his visit to Cambodian troops in Cambodia’s western provinces along the border with Thailand.
