Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen accompanied by his wife Lok Chumteav Bun Rany Hun Sen, President of the Cambodian Red Cross together with several senior government officials, military and police officers cut red ribbon to inaugurate the Military Headquarters of Intervention Battalion No. 9 in Preah Vihear province’s Chhoam Ksan district on Feb. 7 followed by the inspection tour at the houses’ construction site for people and military families at Ochunh village on the Mum Bey hilltop and Sen Rung Reoung village.
