Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen hands over the certificates as a symbol to 1,266 graduated students of Associated, Bachelor and Master Decrees from Vanda Institute while he was presiding over the graduation ceremony held at the National Institute of Education in Phnom Penh yesterday.
Speaking on the occasion, Cambodian premier gave some advises to all graduated students to be strong and must stand up by themselves.
He also called on the graduated students to compare their lives to those who are less fortunate then themselves.
