A newly appointed Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Cambodia, Mr. Pan Guangxue pays a courtesy visit to Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen in Phnom Penh yesterday.
On the occasion, Premier Techo Hun Sen warmly welcomed H.E. Pan Guangxue as a new Chinese diplomat to Cambodia.
In reply, H.E. Pan Guangxue pledged that he will try his utmost to further strengthen and consolidate the ties of relationship, friendship and cooperation between the two countries.
