Cambodian Red Cross President Lok Chumteav Bun Rany Hun Sen accompanied by senior Red Cross officials visit blind, deaf, dumb and deaf-mute children at Phnom Penh Thmei Center on March 26.
On the occasion, Lok Chumteav Bun Rany Hun Sen encouraged all those children to try their best in their study and also appealed to all parents to send their blind, deaf, dumb and deaf-mute children to school.
