Deputy Prime Minister H.E. Sok An, Minister in Charge of the Office of the Council of Ministers and his wife cut red ribbon to inaugurate a Cambodian-Chinese Association’s Head Office Building of “Lee Family” in Phnom Penh on March 28 to mark its 5^th founding anniversary.
