Deputy Prime Minister H.E. Sok An, Minister in Charge of the Office of the Council of Ministers presides over here yesterday the hand-over ceremony of certificates of Lawyer Profession to 34 graduated students of the 9th promotion and the new opening course for another 39 students of the 10th promotion.
