In the meeting, Ms. Annette Dixion sought recommendation from Cambodian premier over the impacts caused by the global financial crisis as well as what kind of assistance that the World Bank can help develop in Cambodia.

In reply, Samdech Techo Hun Sen said the financial crisis can be caused by wrong assessment and the psychology as well. He added that these two factors should be remarked and reviewed. He also asked WB to review over the protectionism from the developed countries
