The Water Treatment Plant Phase II was constructed by Singapore’s Dayen Environmental Limited with the total costs of some Euro 20 millions including Euro 11.1 million concession loans of French Development Agency and Euro 8.9 million of Phnom Penh Water Supply Autonomous Authority.
The new water treatment plant is capable of producing an additional 65,000 cubic meters daily.
